All I will say is that you don't understand the context of the questions asked and the answers given . . . there is a lot more there than is understood by laymen, you may or may not learn of all that the testimony contains as to the finding methodology. . . . . it's all there but it is not easily understood in that context. Keep in mind Ms. Whelan is a highly experienced CPA and she knew exactly what she was saying and doing . . . . no one asked what happened to the money; how it was used; her net income; none of that was revealed for public consumption.

As I said earlier, the BIEL financing model was very creative, and, successful! I will say no more - combine that testimony with the details of the financing model, do the hard work of interpretation and I assure you you will smile and say holyyyyy . . . . If she stepped over a line, there should and will be sanctions, if she didn't, there won't.

The fact remains, BIEL was very successfully financed for years, rather than throwing in the towel and quitting. Marines don't do that, so well done BIEL, my investment is safe and FDA OTC clearance for ActiPatch is imminent . . . soon . . . semper fi . . . .thank you Whelans for persevering . . . .
