If I personally interpreted the latest financing incorrectly then maybe the company needs to explain it to a lay person like me better. I feel a tad better that it isn't toxic financing so thank you! Question were all the previous funding requests also not toxic and I got that wrong too, if so I need to know and hope that you set me and possibly others straight. Why is it that you are the first poster here not to call this most recent raise or whatever it is called not toxic? Why do I have to be a freakin stock genius to understand what is going on with this company? I wish I didn't get it wrong but accept the companies current predicament unless I got that wrong to, which I hope you alert me however at .30 something I surely have nothing to celebrate or do I? Maybe you can educate me unlike others here who would tell me that I should do my own DD and stop asking for help.
