Fraud suit against LaborSMART back on track! Ryan Schadel is now being personally held accountable for his stupidity and his puppet, Kimberly Thompson, over at The Staffing Group is now also in the pot. This complaint is word-for-word what many of us have exposed for going on two years now. Ryan Schadel is now looking at allegations of corporate tax fraud in addition to securities fraud. There will probably need to be an additional amendment to this case as Schadel's most recent scheme with Henry Fong and the AFPW scam will most certainly need to be considered as well. I feel bad for his family now that his personal assets are being targeted, but Schadel deserves every bit of what what's coming at him so he has only himself to blame.
