define "up to date", because the share structure sure was not, and that can be confirmed via the TA....other stuff they say, who knows how "up to date" as of now, that is penny stock operator standard MO.....delay info until it is too late for shareholders to do anything about it....

they did not even bother to hide the fact..lesser of 2 evils I guess, to hide the OS within a reasonable time of the filing date, when others can find out it is old as the hills as soon as the 10Q hit...
