Quick background info per the MNZO scam first...
We have CEO Kenny 50% inventor of the wonder bug patent selling his private MNZO Pharmaceuticals LLC into a Fortune Oil&Gas Shell, later changing the name to MNZO Pharma. He apparently arranged things so that MNZO Pharma LLC was really a subsidiary. Also apparently had a provision to claw back his private company at any time, by returning the Preferred stock he had received.
Last December he assigned his 50% ownership of the patent to his new public scam company. As in assign it as an asset on the books to the LLC subsidiary. Fast forward, and this week Kenny announces the SEC is booting him out of the market. Also announced he has returned the stock, and grabbing back his private company. Presumably the patent with it as an "asset".
Patent questions...
Is Kenny required as the original inventor, and new owner of the rights via his clawed back private company, to make any filings with the USPO? Would the assignee or ownership of the patent be updated on the USPO site as a result?
