Why don't you call the person (CEO,PRES,CFO,BOD,etc.) directly, who can answer your questions?
Why must all shareholder "contact" with management, be through Janet Point, or her office underlings?

When the ASM was over, the Officers & Directors mixed into the crowd and answered questions. That was courteous of them. They were not at all standoffish.

Is there a law that does not allow a shareholder from speaking directly to the CEO of a company ? (show me that SEC law)

Call them and call them until they take your calls. Do not take "no" for an answer. If you are good, you will get through to anyone you want. Just don't give up until you succeed.

Be persistent (wear them down) and you will get your questions answered.

Then..., You are hereby commanded to share your newly gained knowledge with all your fellow board members.
