It is not 2.7B, you have to reduce by 645M? that goes to JPIG as part of the settlement, and is therefore 2.1Billion.

Again I ask the question, why would DB agree to this when there are already 13Billion in claims and only 2.1Billion in assets at the receivership??? The DB claim pushes it to 16 Billion in claims with 2.1 Billion in assets, which amounts to 13 cents on the dollar payout (unless the DB claims have priority and further screw the WMB bond holders).
