What is the point of doing clinical tests in mice if it is not representative of humans?? (Of course not 100%)

Human trial showed that 2-73 and Donepzil give no benefit whilst the mice data said the reverse.

Conclusion: be careful with drawing conclusions from mice data

On to a phase 2 in humans?
