I have installed their software as well. So now I can say I have had dealings with this company personally too lol. I found it to be pretty simple, as installations of computer security software goes.
But I guess if your not an expert, oh wait an expert, X= unknown factor, and spurt is a drip under pressure.
In any case, it hardly matters. I have millions of free shares, and frankly, flipping in and out of this has been the easiest trading I've ever done. Say what you want, but if I never sell, I loose nothing. If it goes even near what the potential is, I'll be owning a Tesla sooner than I thought.
