Here is a email reply from Mark Kay on 8/4/2016 discussing NO DILUTION and the fact that we are in the process of settling 3 lawsuits right now! SFOR could be worth .05 to .10 plus any day ahead now and a whole lot more later!

The rumors are actually totally incorrect. If you check we havent issued a share since March and have no plans to. We have plenty of capital from our last patent lawsuit of which we now have 3 that are ALL in discussions to settle.
Therefore your answers are no and no. No plans for a r/ s or any dilution.

There has been rumor on ihub board about SFOR. Several posters said there has been dilution since Aug 3rd. I am holding over 35 million shares of SFOR, plan to hold long. But I am worried by what those posters said.

My questions are: 1) Is there dilution going on? 2) Will there be reverse split in the near future?
