You may very well be correct that the company might have been in BK if he were not so adapt at raising cash and hopes.

It may be time to admit that everything he has done is based on hopeful manipulation, much as the lottery does to people who desire a "get rich for nothing" out of the middle class.

I suppose one needs to experience the endless empty hopes peddled by our LQMT Wizard of Oz to understand just what is at play here.

My prediction is that we will wake up some morning to find that the money has run out Mr. Steipp has moved on and there is nothing left for the common shareholder.
