Other than those two letters just put out by "Kenny" I seriously doubt he was putting out any of those reports to OTC. They have Ray Barton's fingerprints all over them and the crew he uses for these schemes. The last quarterly had John Scrudato's name as author and a title from a previous scheme BITCOIN.

Ken Manzo got thrown under the bus by Ray Barton - as he didn't know squat about the securities or legal end of things.
I hope he learned his lesson. I wonder if his pharmacy license is at stake because of it? but perhaps that is why he went for the settlement - neither admit nor deny the charges.
