Architect; You touched upon my biggest concern; the distribution of profits. the ESOP gets $409K, the investors get a loss/share. Agree that employee compensation is of great importance. It's just that the $408K entry doesn't state WHAT that $408K buys for the employees; $408K worth of options, stock, or what?? Thanx for the reply...keV
