It'd be clearer to some of us if Wave would explain this a bit more in detail; $408K expensed for ESOP doesn't say WHAT the ESOP gives to WHOM, just what it cost us investors.
does anyone have a copt of this ESOP?
One wonders that, as the revs increase, what % goes to the ESOP, and what % goes to us as LONG & AWAITED profits.
