Preferred shares are not affect by the RS just the common shares get the haircut...shareholder get the haircut!!...lol

During the promotion days pyct always reassured no RS through numerous NR's...this kept pigeons biting on the 0001's
otherwise no interest with threat of RS..like we have seen the last 2months
only buyers are stockfolk clowns

a RS is needed to convert them preffered shares
preferred shares is what they been issuing themselves for whatever bills they claim to have...

eventually name change RS and new promojob will hit the street and pigeons will once again buy dream paper while they again dump it all the way back tooo 0001
