T/A states that everything is filed, and it is now in the hands of the SEC.


CUSIP was misassigned due to confusion over the name of the actual company. New CUSIP reassigned this morning from S&P, registered with the T/A, and now we are just waiting for the SEC to crack the bottle of champagne on this boat and set it off to sea.
