The new CUSIP will be 21254V100

The S&P rep stated that there was confusion as to who the surviving entity was goign to be, fronthaul or conversion solutions, but that it was cleared up and Conversion SOlutions Holding Corp is the survivor.

From PalTalk: makemyday_4: Spoke with TA again. Besides everything being in the hands of various agencies, he said the new company symbol will be out by Monday or Tuesday and start trading with new symbol Wednesday or Thursday. He said there are 74M shares outstanding and 200M authorized. He was not aware of any dilution.
