TWTR downgraded,... Twitter rally pauses as Evercore ISI downgrades

(based on what ?,..ah,..TWTR already hit $20,..and he's now downgrading from his price of $18 to $17,...kind of ridiculous)

Analyst Ken Sena sees "more risk than reward" for the common stock of Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) ahead of Snapchat's (Private:CHAT) anticipated monetization efforts. Broadcasting efforts on competing social platforms are winning influence with Twitter users and advertisers, he says.

He downgrades to Sell from Hold, and cuts his price target to $17 from $18. Shares are down 2.6% premarket to $19.65.
