Thanks for that post. It actually raised some additional questions in my mind. Obviously, the complexity of this deal is way beyond the capability of LiquidMetal management and so who are the real players in all this? Why has Apple not extended their agreement, especially in light of their huge investment in LQMT R&D?

Why didn't Prof. Li make an announcement already? Li raised significant cash through selling controlling shares of Eontec, but is he having difficulty with government regulations to complete the deal? Did they kill it?

Let's assume this deal is in default, could LiquidMetal management make a decision to extend the deadline without shareholder approval?

I just don't understand this company at all. Press releases for all scenarios would be ready to go. If we don't see one at the close, Steipp will have successfully screwed shareholders once more.
