Naive or not.....how does Seth get away with all this?
How do people get away with it in general?
I'm guessing this is one of those things that until a "smoking gun" is found or enough lawsuits go against them.....they can basically just do whatever they want and no one can touch them....UNTIL no one supports their campaigning and money bids????

I would think a CONTINUED losing streak, CONTINUED failure after failure would be enough for people to see.....but i guess not.

And in defense, "I'll just sue you" (told to many people and business alike now) is what keeps you going. I have been there done that with this same joke of a company myself.

What a joke, plain and simple....what a joke.
