BP deal will be negotiated on Competitive forces, which would include other Deals already Reached(Valuation) , LP will provide a backdrop but have NO relevance to VALUATION..the LP deal has limitation of PRICE, thus Dilutive possibilities are also limited, and since little to no LP Stock was sold before AAIC, I would NOT WORRY about LP dilution..
Any BP deal would be greater than those already offered to other Bio-Pharm Platform Co. as we are in Hu Trials and our Drug has shown Efficacy at Multiple IND's.
