So I haven't been on here in quite awhile but figured I would throw my 2 cents in.
It looks to me like Rohan was forced to resign. Most likely MP was getting impatient and who could blame them. So Rohan, being the spoiled brat that he is, decided to take his ball and go home. Unfortunately, the share holders are the ones that will pay the price.
Between the new toxic funding deal and Rohan's millions of shares (anyone know how many he ended up with?) this thing is going to be diluted into oblivion.
