By all means ask him again but he has already answered that his lawyers advised to keep it that way, which probably means he's not going to talk about it. For what it's worth he has tweeted the share structure, 548 million shares, but said that does not include shares returning to the company and that he is, with his lawyers, looking into releasing the updated numbers before we get financials. I doubt that we will get them before though so,
Again it comes down to filings coming out to verify, if you are concerned, maybe don't invest until we get filings.
