Here is another quote from Manny "I cannot talk about the new business or what's merging into it yet, but I can tell you we were looking for something that has shown earnings for a minimum of two years, and is going to show impressive earnings in its first year under the EEGI canopy. In other words, a real, solid company."

To me, the two statements suggest that the company will be established and at least several years old, but also bringing new game changing products to market. Excellent time to take a company public IMO.
