A rational human being is someone who is angry that their investment has been mismanaged and/or manipulated to far less than 50 cents a share.



I don't think the rational human beings invested in NWBO are angry about their investment being "far less than 50 cents a share." 40 cents is only 10 cents less than 50 cents (20% hit). Not a problem to me! 20% is normal for a hit in the biotechs.
