ok,... still didnt answer the question... who? anyone who would be interested in a buyout would probably have better luck doing their own thing and not dealing with this mess. and i can only see that from the aspect that they want to manufacturer a new car. the niche in the market is so small and not worth beefing up stock oem cars. dont get me wrong i like saleen but there is just too much out there in todays market. years ago he set some milestones with what he did, but theres a reason that he branched out to other makes and models... to expand is market, but unless he is in tight with those manufacturers(to get info/protoypes so he can stay up with the new) he will always behind the game to produce and sell.
