Honestly... if I were not already loaded up and I knew dilution was almost over, I'd be taking as many of VFIN's shares as I could. He'll be off the ask shortly. It's still a low floater, and when no dilution is occurring, it moves fast. It will be hard to get shares later since most are holding for the big run that's coming.
