This could simply be a matter of mathematics.

Product A takes 5 seconds to stop bleeding.

Product B takes 10 seconds.

Product A works 50% faster than Product B. Correct?

10 seconds x 50% = 5 seconds

Or you could say:

Product B take 200% longer to stop bleeding.

5 seconds x 200% = 10 seconds



We definitely need more information to understand the significance of the results.
