That is true, on my part I have no idea whether there will be news or if it will be the same old same old from NEAH.
However, I know the DOE is very specific and transparent with regards to the rules, and timelines of their massive numbers of funding opportunities and programs.
I searched for weeks spending much time trying to find the timelines to match NEAHs claims and finally found a program which fits, now this is my speculation and not known fact. However, it fits everything down to to being a "semi-finalist".
As I said, this is my guess, and while the program said the grantees are notified at the end of July, we are midway thru august so there may be some final negotiations ( I hope ). The DOE has not published Round 2 awardees, so they may be waiting on that.
It is possible that NEAH was not selected and we will get nothing but silence on the matter.
The other option is that I do not have the correct program and we have the same old NEAH we have always had.
I did feel certain enough to buy, now we will see if I am a fool or not.
