For this type of funding program. Rounds 1 and 2 are closed.
Round 1 has had 7 million in funding distributed to 30 plus companies.
Round 2 has closed and the Grantees have been notified, what is left to do is the final award negotiations plus they have to show the ability to fund their portion of the lab work. ( this is the round NEAH is in )

Whether NEAH was selected or not will be apparent in the near future.

If they are selected then they can publicly state which national lab they are working with.

This will also lend some validity to their claims of having a valid high performance Lithium battery design and prototypes.

This is the only way NEAH can move forward to becoming a revenue generating company, having a high performance product that is affordable and has a market already in place.
