It may be time for Anavex to update their website.
The reasoning behind Anavex Plus may have changed with the Data now being collcted. However ..Anavex will probably waitn until the Phase 2a PART B is complete.
Well the beautiful thing about ADAPTIVE Trials , which the FDA gave guidance upon and the Phase 3 TRIAL which the FDA is GIVING guidance upon..
it that they are..
ADAPTIVE..
At this point Anavex PLUS while still very important..is not
necessarily important at Anavex Monotherapy..
Anavex had no idea, that Aricept may work against the treatment by clearing out A2-73 and 144 before they are able to fully achieve affect..

We will have to ADAPT the Phase 3 Study so that EACH LINE may be a separate Pathway to approval..TauRx has 2 Separate Trials..the Mono Therapy Trial is still ongoing..Personally I think Anavex should review the Path of TAURX regarding two bites at the Mono-Therapy Apple..
With One Arm being Monotherapy in the next Phase 3, but a new and completely different study of JUST MONOTHERAPY..

Look with all the IND's of Anavex..

This will become the GREATEST CROSS PRESCRIBED DRUG IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND!
