The first link proves that the OLCC haas already given out almost 200 OLCC RECREATIONAL PRODUCER LICENSES FOR 2016 that are valid NOW, not 2017 as you have asserted is true, and KAYS is nowhere on that list.
Time is running out and KAYS is behind the curve of the competition yet again.

The approved producers are from both indoor and outdoor producers with 6 INDOOR producers from the Portland area that have working licensure now. Not just outdoor contrary to what you have previously posted.

The second link is a contact info page for the OLCC so you can confirm or disprove[if you can,lol] any of the info that i have provided.
