Not a dead deal, at least not yet. Again, I like the idea that MAXD expects IMHC to show financial viability for moving the MAXD audio technology forward, and generating sales. IMHC's stock value (compensation to MAXD and its investors for the sale) is dependent on IMHC's sales success.

I don't know how the original proposed agreement was written, but I'm certainly pleased to see that there are what appear to be minimum qualifications of IMHC's performance ability.

This is about increasing investor return, not just doing a deal.
