I do not know. In most companies the stock bylaws will indicate what percentage of shares can be accumulated by another entity like Woodford. Usually 20% for most public companies unless the BOD agrees to a larger percentage.

As far as what the majority of share holders want, we are not part of that discussion because the controlling interest of the firm is in LP's hands through Cognate, Toucan and her MWBO shares. Any investor who does not know this is a poor investor. You can take all the votes you want and it will not change the outcome.
