It goes further than poor management

My opinion leans toward fraudulent intent from the start. Anytime buying penny or sub penny stocks you should do some due diligence. I used to use the old pump and dumps website (now theotc.today) to see how many newsletters were pumping and hyping the company with make believe promises etc. FARE is listed in their hall of fame for some years. Yet a few (mostly on this message board) still trade shares back and forth expecting some miracle and riches with the promise of making millions etc. You say do something about it? I think the authorities are the only ones that can do so.
