This company's worst management.

What I don't understand is that this company's stockholders lost 100% of their investment because of this company's worst management, still why are they not protesting? In US every company's prime responsibility is to take care of their stockholders, still this company's worst management repeatedly ignored stockholders ruthlessly. How's that possible? Y'll are you really that much helpless? Can you not do anything about it?
