I think you are well low on the 100,000,000 but I would trade
lower dollars upfront for higher dollars / .% on Expense/License/Marketing deal...
ALL DAY LONG.

I just thought using "Steady" at this point for Anavex was funny..
long..short..man the only thing Anavex doesn't know how to do is steady..
this stock is Manic Depressive..it could use a Chaperone to make sure it gets better SLEEP, doesn't get too DEPRESSED on the bad days, and feels HAPPY to face the next challenge! '
