I consider this good news, in that I would not want an IMHC deal unless IMHC can generate and grow the MAXD audio sales. The first two years of the agreement involve some shared revenue to MAXD from IMHC sales, and no sales would be of no benefit to MAXD and its shareholders.

If IMHC can demonstrate the ability to make MAXD audio sales take off, then I'm good with the deal....but if not, a better acquisition source should be found.
