Why I own 2 million shares,

1) $5Million in revs Q1 - 2016.
2) I have made many dilution plays and can recognize when a tranche is becoming complete.
3) Bid Support in the 45's is strong.
4) Volume = Interest.
5) Market Cap with a 174M OS is 817K.

News or No News, the valuation of this stock should be around 1 - 2 pennies imho.
