Is the ERC Tech ready for a scaled up Pilot, out of the lab?? Thats what I would call an improvement. What "ERC improvements documented" may be, ... it doesn't mean it will work yet or ever.

Further, with ERC improvements documented the ERC is cost effective. HQ has positioned on this and I see no reliable studies using ERC that says otherwise on this board nor any other reliable place. Since GE/Alstom is pleased to pursue it with important $, I ignore unsubstantiated opinions otherwise. [color=red][/color]
