Why do you think that? This thing had two 4B share days and it uptick to 2/3 for a flood of selling @ .0002...Folks at .0001 doubled and left the building. There is nothing these guys are doing that will ever change that IMHO. Simply too many shares and past incarnations to garner the trust. At least from this penny player...Be ready to lose 1/2 your investment...measure the risk then jump..or don't..JMHO
