fwiw, i think the hamptons vacations started last week
viz, the notably lower volume last couple weeks.

re: sell all afternoon, there's also the massive blocks that traded at the close yesterday.
they might have been sells, but most, esp the largest ones, printed as buys
(above bid at print time).

combined with VXX sagging all day
and 5min ADX/Awe
my guess is upward for a bit from here
so that's my scalp til ADX shifts bearish.
