Eontec would still have to get a license from Liquidmetal and they couldn't go to Engel and purchase machines without their own license, or could they?

Because if it was true then Eontec would have No need for a LMT cross license deal, they could just deal directly with Apple and cut out LMT, but that has Not happened.
