1) If he did have any proof, all of his counter-claims would not have been dismissed.
2) If he had any proof, he wouldn't have waited three years to file suit.
WaWa's goof ball legal shenanigans are, and always were, only about garnering sympathy and "shareholder loans." Almost certainly, a large percentage of those "shareholder loans" end up in WaWa's pockets ... as did the proceeds from the dirt sales.
