Float Size generally refers to the % of STock that trades in the
PUBLIC FLOAT..THEY "FLOATED" THIS STOCK TO RAISE MONEY!

Millions of shares traded hands in one day proving that it is not a LOW FLOAT STOCK!
The Volatlity of the Stock has little or nothing to do with FLOAT..

It has to do with RISK FACTORS involved in BIO-PHARM that have a 99% FAIL RATE..aargh
