There is no way to know what battery company , but I suspect it was Polaris Battery Labs, they have the capability, expertise, and they have programs to help battery startups get up and running.

They sign NDAs with customers so no info will be available from them if they are the company that NEAH is working with.

Since NEAH had stripped their employee base they would have needed someone to build the demo units they claimed in the March 10q.

Will keep our fingers crossed that something is coming down the pike.
