I have to say this last month the mets have given me more agonizing way to lose a ball game, then I have ever experianced over a months time. One bad loss after another bad loss, but tonight was great they make ray look great for 7 innings, he has near a 5 era but he fantastic, then in the 9th rather then go down 1-2-3, they had to hit a 2 run homer to tie and then pro long the inevitable and then lose. Rather then just lose 2-0 they torture the fan base again, they have been creative, I have to give that that each game is another horror story. With all of this their still only 2 1/2 back could you imagine if they actually decided to win 2 game in a row at some point they haven't done that in over a month. Litterally. The truth is this team with all the injuries/underperformance isn't any good.
Travis d'Arnuad I have had enough of him, if they aren't running rampant, I feel like I'm watching the a track meat against him as they run at will. He can't hit, and that was his selling point, at this point I rather see rivera. Michael Conforto I have had enough of him, this is another major reason why the mets season has gone in the toilet he has been and unmitigated disaster, I have to admit I thought he was gonna be so good, maybe he turns it around, but probably not this year at this point, he is a strikeout waiting to happen. And they send down Nimmo, newsflash guy Nimmo is a far better hitter right now, but make sure nimmo goes down. Another horrific night 12pm start tomorrow can't wait to see what they do to me tomorrow, as some point they should win one against this lousy team.
And By the way terry can you stop pitching to goldscmihdt with and empty 1rst base with runners on your killing me he has burned you everytime this series. He hasn't had a good year either in my opinion.
And Eli can't wait for this, and I am admittingly a supporter of this guy but Granderson has been down right horrific this year. He sucks call me when he gets a big hit. I'm so disgusted watching this team the sad part is it is all in front of them, but they need a ml shortstop you cannot start matt reynolds everyday, I'm sorry. And they need their big bat back in cespedes for all those that wonder how important this guy, yes I'm talking to you ownership if you let this guy get away and think Jay Bruce who is a decent hitter depsite his bad start is cespedes your nuts in my opinion. If he opts out you have to resign, otherwise just trade all the pitcher and young talent and build up the farm, because I don't see the point in losing 2-1 every night.
