The notice of an offering with no share price or number of shares, before market closing did not make sense! Something odd about the way this was announced. Why bother, just do the PR after a deal is struck for number of shares and price.

This wording does not look like an overnight deal!

All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by Amarin. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.
