...will take care of escrows; i.e., gave a fair and reasonable settlement, that's fine.

...they fully disclosed the terms of the mediated settlement.

...there are hidden, secret, mediated, hundreds of billions of bankruptcy fraud by all the parties in interest, the BK court, the UST, etc.

...so, the $6B in WMIH NOL's, with $75M AAOC, control of the BOD and LTAB and LTLSC was offered as fair and reasonable.

...if you released, you concurred with this settlement.

...if you released, and you believe hundreds of billions are hidden somewhere, then you should take your concern to the court of your choice.

...the HFs paid $75M, two of the four removed from the allegations; everything else 'dropped by the EC/Susman (you mentioned them as the best).

...so there it is; escrows have a chance per the WMILT to have some recoveries, but there is a ways to go with the tax refunds and other matters.
