Help, please. Have a small happening to which I can't
find the solution.
(Am using windows 7 home premium).

My open tab keeps going dark after about one minute
or less and a few seconds later, "welcome" screen/or is
it "start" screen pops up with icon in center of screen,
to which I have given the name "lucy",

saying "lucy locked".

I click on Icon and "welcome" screen blinks, then my
opened tab screen reappears.

This happens over and over.
